Who is responsible

HobbyHush is provided by Vincent Burgener under the public developer name Burgener Studio in Bern, Switzerland. Privacy and support questions can be sent to supportburgenerstudio@gmail.com.

Data kept on your device

Player names, selected and favourite hobbies, selected packs, language, difficulty, timer settings and locally installed category decks are stored on your device so the game works without an account.

No behavioural tracking in this release

The version 0.1 closed-test release contains no advertising SDK, behavioural analytics SDK, account system, contact access, precise-location access or advertising-ID collection. Built-in rounds work offline.

Optional category requests

The Category Studio in this release is preview-only and saves requests locally. It does not send a category name to a generation service. Before a connected AI service or cross-device analytics is enabled for distributed users, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated to describe the exact data, processors, purpose, security, retention and deletion controls.

Sharing and web hosting

When you choose Invite the group, HobbyHush asks the operating-system share sheet to share app copy and the public HobbyHush link. You choose the receiving app; that service applies its own privacy policy.

The public web version and policy pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical request information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and secure the site under its own privacy statement. HobbyHush does not add analytics cookies to these pages.

Retention, children and rights

Local information remains until you reset it, clear browser storage or uninstall. HobbyHush is designed for groups aged 13 and over and does not knowingly request contact details from children under 13.

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights. Because this release does not operate a user account or gameplay database, most requests can be completed locally. Contact the address below if you have a question or believe data was sent unexpectedly.
